Free Professional Services – If I find you a home, it is the listing broker that shares their commission with the buyer broker (Long & Foster in my case)as a result of my bringing them a buyer.
Free MLS Research to Find Your Home – Once you explain your search criteria, I research 100’s of homes within the areas you would like to live and narrow them down to those homes that would interest you – saving you time and effort so you can get to other valuable things in your life. Please feel free to research the homes yourself on this site. Then let me know what homes you would like me to investigate.
REALTORS® are privy to information that the public does not see on the various real estate sites. For examples, how long the home has been on the market, is it an estate sale, is it still on the market – often a home is under contract or sold and the real estate websites have not updated their information.
Free Listing Cart of Properties – Once I have narrowed down my search to homes that may be of interest to you, I put them on what is called a “Listing Cart of Properties.” For each listing on the cart, you can see more information, including photos, a virtual tour (if there is one) and user friendly icons to tell me on the back end your preferences. If by accident, you delete a property you like, I can put it back.
Free Tour of Homes – Once we find 8-10 homes (more than this amount per tour can be too taxing and confusing) you want to see, we schedule a personal tour so you can see the interiors and locations and discover if you still want to pursue them. Tours greatly assist you to narrow down your choices and finally find the home that suits you best.
Free Contract to Settlement Negotiations and Ministerial duties – Once a contract has been signed by all parties, I get right on everything that needs to be done for clients in order to reach a successful closing. I immediately start gathering the appropriate documents, contacting key professionals – lawyer, mortgage lender, home inspector etc. – everything a client needs for a successful transaction.
